This page is meant for stockists, stylists, and wholesale partners who want to carry Willow & Nyx pieces in their own space. Before you reach out, here are the terms we operate by so there is no confusion later.
Small-Batch Only
Every style is produced in limited runs with local workshops in Johannesburg and Cape Town. We do not hold large warehouses of stock, and we do not back-order pieces once a run sells through. If you are planning a seasonal floor set, confirm quantities early so we can reserve fabric and production slots.
Fabric and Fit Variability
Because our garments are dyed and cut in small batches, you may notice slight differences between pieces of the same style. Natural indigo takes differently on each run, and hand-finished hems are not identical. We consider this part of the product, not a defect. Fit can also vary by a half size between fabric weights, so we encourage trying on samples before committing to a larger order.
Care Responsibility
Each piece ships with a care card specific to its fabric. Cold hand washing, mild detergent, and line drying are the baseline for most of our range. We cannot accept returns on items that have been machine washed, tumble dried, or treated with bleach. If you are unsure about a fabric, ask before you sell it to a customer.
Wholesale Terms
We work with a small number of independent retailers and styling studios. Orders are confirmed only after a signed agreement and a deposit. Lead time is typically four to six weeks from confirmation, depending on the workshop schedule. We do not supply large chain retailers, and we reserve the right to decline an order if it does not fit our production model.
Editorial Independence
Our blog and shop are run by the same small team, but the editorial side stays independent. Maker profiles and style notes are written without payment or product placement from brands. If we feature a designer whose work also appears in the shop, that relationship is disclosed in the article. We do not accept sponsored posts or paid reviews.
Returns and Exchanges
For retail customers, we accept returns within fourteen days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached. Custom alterations and made-to-order pieces are final sale. If a garment arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing fault, contact us within seven days and we will arrange a repair or replacement. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.
These guidelines keep our production honest and our relationships clear. If you have a question that is not covered here, write to us at info@willowandnyxboutique.com and we will get back to you within two working days.
